摘  要:采用半连续单体乳液滴加法聚合法,以石蜡(PF)为种子、丙烯酸(AA)为壳,制备石蜡/丙烯酸(PFAA)核壳聚合乳液。以乳液特性粘数([η])为评价指标,利用正交实验L9(34)筛选最佳工艺条件。考察了反应温度θ、反应时间t、引发剂K2S2O8用量和单体AA用量对PFAA乳液[η]的影响。结果表明,影响乳液[η]因素的大小顺序为θ>t>w(K2S2O8)>w(AA),较优的工艺条件:θ=70~75℃,t=2h,w(K2S2O8)=0.16%~0.20%,w(AA)=16.5%~18.0%。Paraffin-acrylic acid (PFAA) core-shell copolymer emulsion was synthesized with paraffin (PF) as core and acrylic acid (AA) as shell by seed emulsion polymerization. With intrinsic viscosity ([η]) of emulsion as assessment index, optimum synthesizing conditions for PFAA emulsion were studied by orthogonal experimental design. Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of initiator and addition amount of monomer on [η] of PFAA emulsion were investigated. Factors affecting [η] of emulsion were in order of reaction temperature (θ) > reaction time (t) > mass fraction of K2S2O8 (w(K2S2O8)) > mass fraction of AA (w(AA)). Optimum reaction conditions were: θ, 70-75°C t, 2 h, w(K2S2O8) =0.16%-0.20%, and w(AA) = 16.5%-18.0%.
