摘 要:在直径600mm的有机玻璃塔内,以空气-水为实验物系,对齿边浮阀塔板的流体力学性能进行研究,测定了塔板压降、漏液、雾沫夹带等性能参数,并与F1型浮阀塔板作对比。实验结果表明,齿边浮阀塔板的关闭平衡点的阀孔动能因子比F1型浮阀塔板小22%,而开启平衡点的阀孔动能因子比F1型浮阀塔板大16%;当阀孔动能因子大于关闭平衡点而小于开启平衡点时,齿边浮阀塔板的塔板压降和F1型浮阀塔板基本相同;当阀孔动能因子大于开启平衡点时,齿边浮阀塔板的塔板压降比F1型浮阀塔板小20%~30%;齿边浮阀塔板的漏液量与F1型浮阀塔板基本相同。Hydrodynamics of serrated valve tray was experimentally studied with air-water system in a φ 600 mm column. Pressure drop, weeping and entrainment of serrated valve tray were measured and compared with those of F1 valve tray. F-factor (kinetic energy factor) through holes of serrated valve trays was lower by 22% than that through holes of Fl valve tray at valve closed balance point, and higher by 16% than that through holes of Fl valve tray at valve opened balance point. Pressure drop of serrated valve tray was similar to that of F1 valve tray when F-factor through the holes was between closed balance point and opened balance point. When F-factor through the holes exceeded opened balance point, pressure drop of serrated valve tray was lower by 20%-30% than that of Fl valve tray. Weeping of serrated valve tray was similar to that of Fl valve tray.
