摘　　要：镇海炼油化工股份有限公司PX装置是国内同类单系列规模最大的装置。介绍了该装置芳烃异构化单元所采用的SKI-400型催化剂的技术指标、反应性能、首次装填、预处理、投料试车及6个月来的运行情况。在整个生产周期中乙苯转化率保持在30％-35％,二甲苯中PX质量分数在22％左右。在运转后期,提高反应的温度和压力来弥补催化剂活性的下降,维持乙苯转化率和二甲苯中PX质量分数值。在装置循环物料中乙苯没有累积,解决了无歧化装置吸附进料中乙苯含量高的问题。The PX unit in Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company Limited is the largest single train unit in China. The technical index, reaction performance, first loading of catalyst, pre-treatment, starting and test running as well as the six-month running for of SKI-400 catalyst adopted in the isomerization unit are discussed. The conversion rate of ethyl benzene has been maintained at 30% to 35% and the PX content in xylene at about 22% during the whole production period. In the later period of operation, the reaction temperature and pressure were increased to compensate the catalyst activity decrease and maintain the conversion rate of ethyl benzene and the PX content in xylene. There is no ethyl benzene accumulated in the circulating stream, and the problem of high ethyl benzene content in the adsorption feedstock for absence of disproportionation unit has been solved.
