摘　　要：今年是中华全国总工会成立80周年。回视80年,尤其是建国以来的光辉历程,人们常把李立三、赖若愚主持领导全总工作的20世纪50年代称为中国工会史上的“黄金时代”。确实,赖若愚同志有关工会工作的思想和实践,至今仍给人以多方启迪。This year is the 80th anniversary year for the foundation of All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Looking back at the 1980s, especially, as for the brilliant course since founding the country, people often regard the 1950s in the 20th century when LI Lisan and LAI Ruoyu took charge and led the work of All-China Federation of Trade Unions as the ″Golden Age″ on the Chinese trade union history. Really and indeed, Comrade LAI Ruoyu's thoughts and practice on the related trade union work still give the people the inspiration in may ways till now.
