摘  要:采用溶胶_凝胶(sol_gel)工艺在铝片表面制得了均匀透明的TiO2薄膜,考查了其光催化降解4BS染料的活性,研究了热处理温度、涂覆层数、以及溶液改性等因素对TiO2薄膜的光催化性能的影响.结果表明:该薄膜能有效降解4BS染料,热处理温度、涂覆层数影响薄膜的性能,层数为5,热处理温度为600℃的薄膜具有较高的光催化活性.TiO2薄膜对加入Fe3+的4BS溶液的降解率明显提高.The transparent TiO_2 thin films deposited on aluminium substrates were prepared by a sol_gel method. Their photocatalytic activities on photodegradation of 4BS dye were measured and the effects of heat_treatment temperature, coating thickness and 4BS with Fe^(3+) were studied. The result shows that 4BS dye solution could be easily photodegraded using TiO_2 film coated on aluminum as a photocatalyst in an aqueous solution;The sample coated 5 layers and treated at 600 ℃ has the highest photocatalytic activity. 4BS dye with Fe^(3+) could enhance the degradation of TiO_2 film significantly.
