干法成型棒形产品上釉缺陷的原因分析与改进措施

摘　　要：分析了等静压干法成型棒形产品的上釉缺陷,认为釉裂缺陷的主要原因是施釉工艺问题。提出了在釉中引入聚乙稀醇(PVA)溶液方法。试验结果表明,釉料的粘度明显下降,在施釉过程中,釉料雾化效果提高很多。为了克服人工喷釉的缺陷,提出了使用自动上釉上砂机和改进喷涂方式的设想。The glaze craze of solid core insulator fabricated by cold isostatic dry pressing is analysed. The glaze craze is attributed mainly to glazing technology. The glaze technology is improved by introducing polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) in glaze composition. The result shows that the glaze slurry viscosity is obviously reduced and pulverization effect enhanced considerably. It is proposed to apply automatic glazing and sanding machine and improve spray process for precaution against hand spraying related defects.
