摘　　要：应用高效液相色谱法分析了云南３种红豆杉科植物、３种三尖杉科植物和１种罗汉松科植物不同部位的抗癌活性成分紫杉醇（ｔａｘｏｌ）及其同系物巴卡亭Ⅲ（ｂａｃｃａｔｉｎⅢ）和赛法罗马宁（ｃｅｐｈａｌｏｍａｎｎｉｎｅ）的存在和含量，为合理开发并保护我国的有关植物资源提供依据。By the analvsis of HPLC method,the active composition and contents with anti-cancer effect of taxol and related compounds were detected in seven species of Taxaceae,Cephalotaxaceae and Podocarpaceae from southwest China,which will provide scientific basis to utilize and protect these plant resources.
