摘　　要：团课是共青团工作的重要阵地。优质团课,既须有优质的内容,即鲜明的主题、强烈的时代感;也须有优质的形式,即高超的授课艺术;方法上的巧用,如妙语开场吊胃口、旁征博引启深思、形式创新添鲜味、激励结尾鼓斗志,可以有效增强团课效果。共青团对团员青年的凝聚力也由此得到加强。A League lecture is the important fro nt of the Communist Youth League' s work,In order to improve the effects of a League lecture ,we have adopted the followi ng methods:(1)designing interesting opening word s to attract students' attention;(2)giving more moving and persuasive examples to hearten students ;(3)making innovations in forms to fascinate students;and(4)placing emphasis on the ending of a lecture to arouse students' fighting spirit.All these methods h elp improve the effects of a League le cture,increasing the CYL' s cohesiveness among League members and other young people.
