摘  要:目的 评价实时三维超声心动图声学造影 (CE- RT3DE)测量左室心肌质量的准确性。方法 研究对象包括杂种犬 2 7只。经静脉注射氟碳造影剂后进行实时三维超声心动图检查 (Philips Sonos 75 0 0 ) ,勾划相应的左室心肌体积 ,乘以犬心肌密度计算质量。结果  CE- RT3DE所测左室质量为 (5 7.9± 9.8) g,犬离体左室的实际质量为 (5 8.2± 10 .0 ) g,两种方法测量结果明显相关(r=0 .98)。结论  CE- RT3DE能为临床评价左室质量提供一项准确可靠的新方法。Objective To study the accuracy of measuring left ventricular (LV) mass with intravenous contrast enhanced real time three dimensional echocardiography (CE RT3DE) Methods CE RT3DE was performed in 27 open chest mongrel dogs to assess LV mass with a commercially available Philips Sonos 7500 ultrasound system after intravenous infusion of a perfluorocarbon microbubble contrast agent Extra vivo anatomic measurements of LV mass were regarded as the controls Results The total anatomic LV mass was 58 2±10 0 g The CE RT3DE estimation of the total LV mass was 57 9±9 8 g which strongly correlated with the anatomic measurements ( r =0 98).Conclusions RT 3DE with myocardial contrast opacification provides accurate measurements of LV mass in dogs This novel imaging modality may play an important role in quantitative assessment of LV mass in patients with heart diseases
