摘 要:传统的观点认为砂岩油藏进行酸压是不可行的,然而近年来砂岩油藏的酸压在某些油田取得了成功。就砂岩油藏酸压进行实验评价研究,对现场具有指导意义。非活性硝酸粉末液是一种新型酸化材料,正常状态下呈非活性,激活后可分解出具有强氧化性的HNO3,它能够剧烈地局部溶蚀岩石及其堵塞物,而不破坏地层结构,从而疏通油路,提高地层的渗透率。与常规酸相比,非活性硝酸粉末液具有解除无机物堵塞、暂堵、穿透深、二次污染小的优点。因此,实验中采用非活性硝酸粉末液作为处理液。通过溶蚀实验、酸蚀裂缝导流能力实验、酸化后的刻蚀形态和酸蚀裂缝导流能力影响因素分析,认为在砂岩油藏进行酸压是可行的。Traditional standpoint thinks that it is not viable for sandstone reservoir to proceed acid fracturing, however acid fracturing has been succeeded in sandstone reservoir in the last few years. experimental of acid fracturing in sandstone reservoir was developed, and the results can guide the practice. The non-active nitric powder is a new material for acidizing which exhibits non-active in normal state but can decompose strong oxide HNO 3 after activated, which can violently and locally dissolve rock and blocked material without destroying formation structure, and break through oil path and improve formation permeability. Comparing with conventional acidizing techniques, non-active nitric power fluid can remove inorganic plugging, oil and water plugging, penetrate deeply,and has less recontamination. So, useing non-active nitric power fluid as treatment fluid. Through analyzing of dissolution capability, flow conductivity of crack after acidizing, configuration after etching by acid and analyzing of the factor which effects the flow conductivity, demonstrate that it is viable for sandstone reservoir to proceed acid fracturing.
