摘  要:针对堵水剂在裂缝中的漏失问题,研制出二次交联聚合物凝胶堵水剂,对一次交联聚合物弱凝胶的流变性、耐剪切性、注入性和滤失性和二次交联聚合物凝胶的突破压力、封堵率、耐冲刷性、对基质伤害率和长期热稳定性进行了评价。实验结果表明,一次交联聚合物弱凝胶具有剪切稀释的流变特征,耐剪切,注入性好,滤失量低;二次交联聚合物凝胶具有突破压力高、封堵率高、耐冲刷性强、对基质伤害率低和长期热稳定性好的特点,在裂缝性低渗透油藏堵水作业中具有明显的优势。Aiming at the problem of leaking off, a new kind of water blocking agent was developed for the first time.The properties of preformed weak gels and secondary crosslinked polymer gels were evaluated. The experiment results showed that preformed weak gel had many characteristics such as shear dilute rheological characteristic、anti-shear、easy injection and low filtration;Secondary crosslinked polymer gels had many characteristics such as high breakthrough pressure、high blocking efficiency、strong washing out endure、low damage efficiency to matrix and long time heat stability. And they were advantage to water shutoff in low permeability reservoir with fractures.
