摘 要:开窗侧钻定向井已成为复活停产井和报废井,降低老油田开发成本的有效手段,但由于环空间隙小,造成下套管困难、固井质量差等难题,制约了套管开窗侧钻井进一步大面积应用。开发了侧钻井扩眼技术,通过采取水力驱动式钻后扩眼工具使侧钻井段井眼扩大,改善了井眼状况,提高了侧钻井完井质量,在胜利、中原等现场应用几十口井,效果明显,对提高侧钻井完井质量,解决侧钻井应用推广慢的问题具有一定的借鉴意义。Along with the progress of oil field development, cutting window sidetrack drilling directional well has become the valid means which revives dead well and abandoned well, and reduces the development cost of old oil field. But due to the annular space is small in sidetracked well results in setting casing difficultly and bad cement job quality, and restrains the sidetrack drilling applied extensively. Drilling technology research institute of Shengli Oilfield develops sidetrack drilling reaming technique by adopting the hydraulic drive type reamer after drilling makes the wellbore extends, improving the wellbore condition, increases sidetracked well completion quality. It applied tens wells in Shengli and Zhongyuan Oilfield, obtained the obvious result. It resolves question of small annular of sidetracked well. How to increase sidetracked well completion quality and solve slow deployment of sidetracked well, this study has very much reference meaning.
