摘　　要：在简述了监视控制与数据采集(SCADA)系统和通用分组无线电业务(GPRS)技术的基础上,介绍了一种基于GPRS数传业务的SCADA系统,重点介绍系统软硬件体系结构和主要技术。该系统已成功应用于分布式电网调度自动化系统、商业连锁销售系统以及污水监测和控制等领域。This paper describes the SCADA system and the technical features of GPRS, then a SCADA system based on GPRS data transmission services is designed. The paper puts stress on the construction and the key technology of the system. This system has already been successfully applied to automatic dispatching system of distributed electric power network, the marketing system of the commercial chain store, and to such fields as the sewage monitoring and controlling.
