摘　　要：用离子交换法将Ag、Cu、Zn等杀菌防霉的金属离子附在沸石载体上,将此沸石磨碎成<10μm的微细粉末,并进行表面活化包裹处理。将此表面活化的抗菌防霉沸石微细粉末混合在聚烯烃树脂中加工,或将该活化的抗菌防霉沸石微细粉末与部分树脂制成抗菌母料,再将抗菌母料与聚烯烃树脂混合加工,制成各种抗菌防霉的聚烯烃塑料制品。The procedure of manufacturing bacteriostatic and mildew-resisting polyolefin plastics is described:absorbing Ag^+,Cu^2^+,Zn^2^+ ions on the zeolite through ion exchange,grinding the zeolite to powder with diameter less than 10μm and simultaneously taking sunface activation,compounding the powder with ployolefin resin to produce bacteriostatic masterbatch material,finally using this type of masterbatch material in the processing of polyolefin resin to manufacture the bacteriostatic and mildew-resisting polyolefin plastics products.
