摘　　要：压光辊(轧辊)在纺织、器材、造纸、冶金、机械等行业中应用极为广泛,对其失效形式的探讨显得至为重要。从压光辊(轧辊)的静强度、静刚度、交变应力与交变应力变形、离心应力与离心应力变形、不均匀温度场引起的热应力与热应力变形以及压光辊(轧辊)的疲劳寿命等方面进行了探讨,并给出了相应的数学计算式,以供参考。Due to the wide use in the fields such as textile, equipment, papermaking, metallurgy, machine, etc., roller's lapse form is a vital part to probe into. Discussing about roller's static intensity, static rigidity, alternate stress and alternate stress transformation, centrifugal stress and centrifugal stress transformation, thermal stress and thermal stress transformation caused by different temperatures, and fatigue life, the corresponding mathematic formula was presented for reference.
