痴呆病人照料者心理健康状况的调查

摘　　要：目的　了解痴呆病人照料者的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法　用一般健康问卷(GHQ-28)评定98名痴呆病人照料者的心理健康状况,同时对痴呆病人及照料者进行心理健康状况影响因素的调查。结果　74名(75 .5% )照料者心理健康状况不良,主要表现为躯体化症状和焦虑。卡方检验、方差分析和相关分析结果显示:病人为男性、AD、低龄及认知功能差不利于照料者的心理健康;照料者文化程度低、与人通讯少、与病人病前关系差、经济状况差不利于自身心理健康,而照料者全天工作有利于自身心理健康。逐步线性回归则显示病前关系差及照料者的文化程度低不利于照料者的心理健康。结论　痴呆病人照料者心理健康状况差,并受多种因素影响,应予以干预。Objective To know the mental health status of dementia caregivers and its influenced factors.Methods We used the GHQ-28 to assess the mental health status of 98 dementia caregivers.We also investigated its influential factors from caregivers and dementia patients.Results 74(75.5%)caregivers showed bad mental health status,they mainly expressed somatic symptoms and anxiety.By using Chisquare test ,One-way ANOVA and Correlate,the following factors were identified as risk factors for bad mental health status of dementia caregivers:male,AD,younger and low cognition in patients;low education,less communication,bad relationship to patient before dementia and bad economy in caregivers.We also found that whole day work for caregivers was beneficial to their mental health status.By using Stepwise Liner Regression,bad relationship to patient before dementia and low education in caregivers were identified as risk factors for bad mental health status of caregivers.Conclusions The mental health status of caregivers is bad and is influenced by many factors.We should give caregivers help.
