摘 要:利用漫反射率、X射线光电能谱和质谱等测量方法,研究了固态和气态四氧化二氮(N2 O4)对漫反射试片氟化镁(MgF2 )涂层表面的污染情况.实验表明,固态N2 O4对MgF2 涂层有严重侵蚀作用,N2 O4固粒污染后的涂层表面漫反射率下降了2 0 %~30 % .在一定的时间内,气态N2 O4对涂层表面的影响显著地依赖它的压力.试片在压力为6 9×10 4Pa和2 0 0Pa的N2 O4蒸气中分别放置10min ,前者厚度为4 0 μm的MgF2 涂层基本消失,表面漫反射率下降约2 0 % ;后者涂层表面的原子组成和漫反射率变化很小.还给出了MgF2 涂层表面N2 O4分子吸附摩尔密度,以及与涂层表面碰撞的N2 O4分子通过化学吸附过程提取MgF2This article,through measurement of diffusive reflectivity,X-ray photoelectron energy spectra and mass spectra,studies the contamination of magnesium fluoride(MgF 2) coating diffusive reflection flakes by solid and gaseous nitrogen tetraoxide(N 2O 4) Our experiments show that solid N 2O 4 may erode seriously the MgF 2 coatings The diffusive reflectivity of the coating surfaces,after contaminated by solid particles of N 2O 4,will decrease about 20%~30% Within a certain period of time,the effects of gaseous N 2O 4 on MgF 2 coatings obviously depend upon its pressure Exposure in N 2O 4 vapor for ten minutes,at the pressures of 6 9×10 4Pa and 200Pa,the 40μm coatings are almost disappeared for the former case,and accompanied by about 20% decrease of the surface diffusive reflectivity,for the latter case there are a little changes in the atomic constitution and diffusive reflectivity of the coating surface This article also provides the mole density for absorption of N 2O 4 molecules on MgF 2 coating surfaces,and the probability for N 2O 4 molecules in collision with the surfaces to extract MgF 2 through a chemical absorption process
