摘　　要：目的　探索整合素α6亚基在生后不同年龄组小鼠生精细胞中的分布。方法　用免疫组织化学方法对出生后不同年龄阶段昆明小鼠的睾丸生精上皮进行整合素α6亚基的定位。结果　生后第1、7d的昆明小鼠睾丸生精细胞中未能检测到α6亚基;而生后第14、21、28、35、42d和成年后昆明小鼠均能检测到α6亚基在精原细胞胞膜上存在。结论　整合素α6 亚基可作为出生14d后小鼠睾丸精原干细胞的表面标志,用于筛选精原干细胞。Objective To explore the distribution of integrin -α_ 6 in mouse testicular germ cells during postnatal development. Methods The distribution of integrin -α_ 6 was examined by means of immunohistochemistry. Results The integrin -α_ 6 was undetected in testicular germ cells of one- and seven-day old mice. On day 14, 21, 28, 35 and, 42 day and adult mice, integrin -α_ 6 could be detected only on the membrane of spermatogonial cells. Conclusion The integrin -α_ 6 is a surface marker on spermatogonial stem cells from day 14 p.p. (post partum) to adult mice, and can be used to select spermatogonial stem cells.
