低温等离子刀治疗慢性鼻炎对鼻气道阻力的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察低温射频等离子刀治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎对鼻气道阻力的影响。方法:应用主动性前鼻测压法,测定82例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者低温射频等离子术术前及术后3、10个月的鼻气道阻力;并应用主观视觉10分评分表评定患者术前及术后3、10个月鼻开放感觉评分请况。结果:鼻炎组术前鼻气道阻力为(0.665±0.21)kPa/(s·L);术后3个月为(0.301±0.16)kPa/(s·L),10个月为(0.391±0.24)kPa/(s·L);术后3个月和10个月分别与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。术前主观鼻开放感觉评分为7.5±1.5,术后3个月为2.0±2.0,10个月为3.0±2.5,术后3个月和10个月分别与术前比较,差异亦有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:低温射频等离子术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎可显著降低患者的鼻气道阻力,同时可明显改善患者的主观鼻开放感觉。Objective:The main purpose of the study is to observe the effect of plasm radiofrequency at low temperature in treatment of chronic rhinitis on nasal airway resistance(NAR).Method:Using active anterior rhinomanometry,NAR were measured in eighty two patients who suffered from chronic rhinitis before and postoperation.The subjective impression of their nasal patency was assessed using a 10-pointscale.Result:The NAR was (0.665± 0.21) kPa /(s·L) before operation and (0.301±0.16)kPa/(s·L) three months after operation.The NAR was(0.391±0.24) ten months after operation.The differences were statistically significant( P <0.01) between the NAR before and postoperation.There were significant differences in the subjective impression of patients′nasal patency as well ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Plasm radiofrequency at low temperature in treatment of chronic rhinitis is effective in decreasing NAR and improving the subjective impression of their nasal patency.
