摘  要:目的 探讨异体松质骨复合自体红骨髓移植,移植材料的制备方法及其临床应用效果。方法 无菌条件下获取的异体松质骨,经降低抗原性处理和环氧乙烷(EO)二次灭菌,与自体红骨髓相复合制成复合移植材料。临床用于治疗粉碎性骨折、骨不连和骨缺损5 6例。结果 所有病例无排斥反应和感染等并发症发生,获得8个月以上随访的2 8例均骨性愈合。结论 异体松质骨复合自体红骨髓移植安全、有效,是修复骨折和骨缺损的较好材料。Objective To investigate the method of preparating the grafting material of homologous cancellus/autologous red marrow and clinical effect. Methods The composite grafting material was composed of homologous cancellus and autologous red marrow. The homologous cancelli were harvested under aseptic condition, managed by decreasing antigenicity, sterilized with ethylene oxide(EO) and stored by freezing at last. 56 patients with comminuted fractures, nonunion of fractures and bone defects were treated by this kind of composite grafting material. Results There were no complications of allografting reaction and infection in this group of cases. 28 patients followed for over 8 months of the 56 cases had union. There were no patients seeking medical advice because of nonunion in the other cases. Conclusion The composite grafting material of homologous cancellus/autologous red marrow is safe and efficient for repairing fractures and bone defects.
