股骨转子间骨折3种内固定效果比较

摘　　要：目的　探讨股骨转子间骨折3种内固定方法的效果差异。方法　30例股骨转子间骨折内固定方法分别采用Gam ma钉12例,滑动加压鹅头钉12例,AO角钢板6例。术后随访时间为6～6 0个月(平均2 9个月) ,3～30个月(平均18个月)。4～36个月(平均2 6个月)。结果　30例皆愈合,关节功能优良率分别为91.6 6 % ,83.33% ,5 0 .0 %。结论　结果说明,股骨转子间骨折3种内固定治疗方法中,Gamma钉技术操作简单,固定牢靠,手术损伤小,并发感染率低等优点。Objective Study on the difference of the effects of 3 kinds of interfixations for intertrochanteric fixation. Methods Among 30 cases with intertrochanteric fracture cured with 3 kinds of interfixations, Gamma nidle(12 cases), slide pressure goosehead-like nidle(12 cases), AO angle steel plate(6 cases)respectively. After cured, the time of follow-up was 6-60 months(average of 29 months), 3-30 months(average of 18 months), and 4～36 months(average of 26 months) respectively. Results Thirty cases were union,the first-rate was 91.66%, 83.33% and 50% respectively. Conclusion It showed that among 3 kinds of inter fixation for inter-trochanteric fracture, the effect of Gamma nidle was much better than others, it was easier to do fixation tidly, less demaged in operating, and less-rate of being infection.
