摘　　要：对用片状烧碱制备层状结晶硅酸钠进行了探讨。片碱与石英在720～800℃反应0.6h时合成水玻璃;用3%的氯化钾作晶型转化剂,在560～600℃煅烧水玻璃10～40min,使其发生晶型转化,得到钙、镁离子交换量大的δ型层状结晶硅酸钠。The preparation of laminated crystalline sodium silicate from flake caustic soda was discussed.Sodium silicate was obtained from the reaction of flake caustic soda with quartz at 720～800 ℃ for 0.6 h.The crystalline form of sodium silicate was changed after calcination at 560～600 ℃ for 10～40 min in the presence of potasium chloride (3% wt) used as crystalline transition agents,and the δ type of laminated crystalline sodium salicate with large exchange capacity of calcium ion and magnesium ion was obtained.Key words:laminated crystalline sodium silicate;flake caustic soda;reaction condition
