摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗装备在综合医院的利用情况,为加强医疗装备科学管理提供依据。方法:根据我院三年来门诊患者电子病历,2004年门诊和住院患者影像、检验项目分项登记做统计,对装备的利用情况进行描述性分析。结果:全院门诊患者人均医疗装备服务为3.18件次,呈上升趋势;其中以检验服务最多,人均2.5件次。患者对各种影像服务的利用具有差异性,其中基础影像服务占75%以上。影像服务与服务科室存在相关性。结论:医疗装备服务在临床诊疗过程中得到越来越广泛的利用。影像服务和检验服务与服务科室特点结合紧密,利用合理。Objectives: Discuss the utilization of medical instrument examination services in hospital, and provide some evidences for strengthenthe scientific management of the medical instrument. Methods: Carry out descriptive analysis of utilization on medical instrument,based on the electric cases of outpatients in our hospital between 2002 and 2004. Results: the average utilization of medical instrumentexaminations is 3.18 pieces per time. The trend is increasing. Patient utilized the services is different, and the basic image examinationservices account for more than 75% in the all. The Image examinations are pertinent with the serving clinic departments. Conclusions:the medical instrument services play more important roles in hospital. In the clinic department, the image examination services and labexamination services contact with their specialty closely, and the utilizations are in reason.
