摘　　要：解决“三农”问题,必须统筹城乡发展。如何实现城乡统筹,本文认为其突破点在于加大农村公共品的供给。通过增加对农村公共设施、公共事业、公共福利、公共服务等公共品的供给,才能从根本上解决“三农”问题。Resolve three agriculture problems, must orchestrate the city country development. How carry out the city country orchestration, this text thinks that its break-through point lies in the enlargement the supply of the rural public goods. Because it is exactly the general shortage of the rural public goods in our country, cause huge margin of the city country. So through the increment to supply to the public goods of country,such as public facilities, public enterprise, public welfare, public service...etc., then could strengthen the self-development function of the country, then can resolve three agriculture problems by the root.
