摘　　要：介绍了基于AT89C5 2单片机开发的液晶显示器系统的实现 ,包括系统的硬件电路设计和软件设计。所采用的液晶显示模块由T6 96 3C控制器控制。该液晶显示器系统通用性强 ,是构成微机控制系统的显示系统的理想方案。文中分析了单片机对液晶显示器的底层控制 ,介绍了液晶点阵显示的优化方案 ,讨论了通过优化方案实现光标以及动画的方法。经过调试及使用 ,该液晶显示器系统以及程序设计方案运行稳定可靠 ,而且具有一定的通用性。This paper introduces the realization of liquid crystal display device (LCD) under the control of microcomputer chip AT89C52, as well as the circuit and the software. The LCD module is driven by T6963C. The system of LCD device is universal, and it is an ideal display device for microcomputer controller system. This paper analyses the method for microcomputer chip to control the LCD, and provides the flow chart for displaying a Chinese character of 16*16 dot-matrix. Finally, the article recommends an optimized scheme of dot-matrix LCD to display Chinese characters, and canvasses three methods of designing cursor and cartoon with the optimized project. This system of LCD device runs stably, and can be easily transplanted to other system.
