明党参水煎液及多糖的药理研究

摘　　要：研究表明灌服明党参水煎液和多糖显著增加正常小鼠脾和胸腺重，白细胞总数及淋巴细胞数，对氢化可的松所致外周血白细胞总数和淋巴细胞数的降低有明显的对抗作用，并增加外周血淋巴ＡＮＡＥ＋阳性百分率和小鼠静注碳粒廓清速率，显著抑制二硝基氯苯所致小鼠的迟发性过敏反应，以及耐缺氧和抗高温作用。此外，水煎液具有显著地肠推进作用。Pharmacological studies indicated that the decoction of Radix Changii and its polysaccharide (following drenching administration on mice)can greatly increase the weight of spleen and thymus,the total number of white cells,and the number of lymphocyte of normal mice,has a strong counteraction on the decrease of total number of peripheral blood and white cells and number of lymphocyte,induced by hydrocortisone. They also increast the positive percentage of ANAE of peripheral blood cells and lymphocyte and carbon clearance of intravenous injection on mice,strongly inhibit delayed anaphylactic action of mice induced by dinitrochlorobenzene,and have anoxia-fast and anti-high temperature actoins.Further,the decoctoon possesses obvious promoting action on bowel.
