摘　　要：用四阶导数紫外分光光度法测定了通宣理肺胶囊中麻黄碱的含量。该法不需分离麻黄碱，无其他成分干扰，测定结果准确，快速，重现性好。The 4th derivative-UV spectrophotometry was developed to determine ephedrine content in Tongxuanlifei Capsules.Therer's no need to separate ephedrine in the method,and there's no interference of other compositions,but an accurate and quick result and good reproducibility.
