静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗重型水痘9例体会

摘　　要：目的观察丙种球蛋白静脉注射治疗重型水痘的疗效。方法用丙种蛋白加生理盐水给予患者静脉滴注,疗程5～7天。结果全部患者用IVIG后1～2天热退,全身症状缓解,均未发生水痘并发症或细菌感染。结论IVIG治疗重型水痘效果良好,患者症状迅速缓解,病程明显缩短。Objective:To observ the curative effect of the treatment of severe case of varicella with intravenous gamma globulin.(IVIG).Methods:The intravenous drip is done to the patients with gamma globulin and normal saline,the course of treatment is five to seven days.Results:All the patients the fevers recess after one to two days.And the constitutional symptoms remiss.All the patients have not occur complication or bacterial infection.Conclusions:The curative effect of the treatment of severe case of varicella with intravenous gamma globulin is favorable.The patients symptoms quickly remiss and the course of disease obviouse obviously decurtate.
