摘　　要：介绍了采用德士古水煤气制甲醇的工艺流程、装置特点和生产监控重点;分析了气体净化、甲醇合成和精馏装置存在的问题,提出了解决措施;结合生产实际,对操作中发生的事故进行了点评。The process flow of methanol produced by adopting t he Texaco water coal slurry gasification was introduced, and the characteristic of plant, productive control gist were also introduced; the existing problems in the devices of gas purification, methanol synthesis and rectification were analyzed, and the solvable measures were presented; the failure existing in the operation was pointed out in combination with productive practice.
