头孢曲松治疗早期梅毒患者血清学变化的研究

摘　　要：目的观察头孢曲松治疗早期梅毒的临床及血清学效果。方法对确诊为早期梅毒的135例患者分别用头孢曲松和苄星青霉素进行治疗,89例采用头孢曲松(头孢三嗪,商品名罗氏芬)1g/d连用18d,46例应用苄星青霉素2.4MU,1次/周,共用3次,作为对照。结果89例经头孢曲松治疗1个月后梅毒血清学试验(RPR)阴转11例(12.36%),3个月64例(71.91%),6个月84例(94.38%),9个月89例,全部阴转,阴转率达100%,并经2～3年随访无临床症状及血清复发。苄星青霉素治疗46例,1个月RPR无阴转,仅滴度下降21例(45.65%),3个月阴转8例(17.39%),6个月阴转17例(36.97%),12个月阴转34例(73.91%)。结论头孢曲松治疗早期梅毒见效快,血清阴转率高,转阴时间短。Objective In order to observe the early-stage clinical and serological effect of syphilis patients after taking Rocephin. Methods 135 patients were treated with Rocephin and Benzyl penicillin separately. 89 cases took 1g of Rocephin for 18 days in a row, and 46 control cases took 2.4 milliom units of Benzyl penicillin once per week for 3 weeks. Results Positive of RPR transformed negative in 11 cases out of the 89 cases after 1 month, the rate is 12.36%. Positive of RPR transformed negative in 64 cases after 3 months, the rate is 71.91%. Positive of RPR transformed negative in 84 cases after 6 months, the rate is 94.38%.Positive of RPR transfomed negative in all cases out of the 89 cases after 9 months, the rate is 100%. After 2～3 years of observation, no diseases and no positive of RPR were found. 46 cases took Benzyl penicillin after 1 month, no transformation of positive to negative was found, only a virus volume decline in 21 cases (45.65%). Positive of RPR transformed negative in 8 cases out of the 46 cases after 3 months,the rate is 17.39%,Positive of RPR transformed negative in 17 cases after 6 months, the rate is 36.97%. Positive of RPR transformed negative in 34 cases after 12 months, the rate is 73.91%. Conclusion The medicine,Rocephin has rapid and high effect on early-stage syphilis, which can transform positive of RPR to negative quickly and shorten the time of treatment.
