摘 要:针对水力吹填超软基加固特点,分析了南沙港区吹填堆场地基真空预压加固的必要性,对吹填工艺、大面积真空预压施工工艺及淤泥搅拌墙密封技术等进行优化探讨。采用土工织物对吹填淤泥进行表面处理、水平排水板处理含泥量高的砂垫层及长短搅拌墙相结合的密封技术保证了真空预压的排水固结效果和周边密封的持久性问题。通过试验监测分析,真空预压在处理水力吹填地基加固效果良好,成套技术可行,具有较好的应用价值。On the base of the character of ultra-soft soil by hydraulic filling,it was analyzed that soil improvement by vacuum preloading used in Nansha harbor was feasible and necessary.The application techniques of hydraulic filling,huge-area vacuum preloading and impervious slurry wall were optimized,the measures of applying geotextile to treat hydraulic filled slurry,prefabricated horizontal drain to improve permeability of sand pad and 2-rows' slurry pile used at the periphery of improvement sections,make consolidation effect and the durability of airtight capacity of slurry wall very well.Through in site test,it was concluded that consolidation effect was guaranteed for soft ground formed by hydraulic fill treated with vacuum consolidation method,and the construction technique was feasible.
