运用微卫星标记分析仙居鸡的屠宰性能

摘  要:对45只仙居鸡7个微卫星座位进行遗传多态性检测,结果显示:每个微卫星座位的等位基因数2~5个不等,7个微卫星的平均等位基因数为3.1个。平均杂合度与平均多态信息含量分别为0.5246和0.4445。12周龄屠宰性能测定多重比较结果表明:仙居鸡系水率在MCW103座位与ADL268座位差异显著;屠体率、胸肌率、腿肌率在MCW222座位差异显著。Fourty-five individuals of Xianju chicken breed were genotyped for 7 microsatellite markers covering 7 linkage groups. The result of microsatellite polymorphism showed that of the 7 microsatellite markers loci, the numbers of alleles ranged from 2 to 5 per locus, the mean numbers of alleles being 3.1 per locus, and mean heteozygosity was 0.5246, mean polymorphism information content was 0.4445.Results of ANOVA for slaughter performances of Xianju chickens after feeding 12 weeks showed that the drop loss was significantly related with microsatellite loci MCW103 and ADL268. In locus MCW222, the differences of dressing percentage of caress, dressing percentage of breast, and dressing percentage of thigh were significant.
