摘 要: 采用人工老化法研究了不同含水量甜玉米种子在老化过程中的活力变化及生理特性,检测了含水量为39.5~104.0g/kg老化甜玉米种子的发芽率、种子脱氢酶和淀粉酶活性以及丙二醛含量等指标。结果表明,不同含水量的甜玉米种子抗老化劣变的能力不同。甜玉米种子含水量降至39.5g/kg,能显著提高抗老化劣变的能力。另外,不同含水量的甜玉米种子POD同工酶谱不同。<Abstrcat>To investigate aging-resistance and its mechanism,physiological characteristics and vigor changes of sweet seeds with different moisture contents were studied using artificial aging method.Germination rate,the activity of dehydrogenase activity and amylase and malonadehyde (MDA) content of sweet corn seeds with 39.5-104.0 g/kg of moisture content were studied.The results showed seeds with different moisture content were different in aging-resistance.Sweet corn seeds became more tolerant to aging condition when they were dried to 39.5 g/kg of moisture content.The isozymes of POD were different in sweet corn seeds with different moisture contents.
