摘　　要：劳务中介服务业是小城镇服务业中几个重要的新兴产业之一。发展劳务中介、引导农民充分就业对加快小城镇建设、推进我国城镇化进程具有重要的意义。本文介绍了小城镇劳务中介管理信息系统的一个解决方案,并给出了设计原则和总体架构,最后介绍了系统的主要功能和实现技术。The service industry of labour agency is one of several important rising industries in the small town service industry. It has important meaning for expediting the construction of small town and boosting the course of townifying in our country to develop labour agency and lead peasants to obtain employment fully. This paper brought forward a solution of small town labour agency management information system and then described the design principle and architecture. In the end , the paper introduced the main function and technical route of the system.
