摘 要:以硝酸铜、氧氯化锆为原料,配制成n(Zr)∶n(Cu)=(1—4)∶1的溶液,以w(NaOH)=15%溶液为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法,制备出用于环己醇脱氢的新型Cu/ZrO2催化剂。通过正交试验选择出较优的催化剂制备条件n(Zr)∶n(Cu)=2∶1、锆盐初始浓度为0.2mo·lL-1、焙烧时间为5h、焙烧温度为400℃、滴定终点pH=12,并考察了脱氢过程催化剂预处理、反应温度等对产物收率和反应选择性的影响。在优化条件下制得的催化剂用于环己醇脱氢,环己酮产品收率达85%,选择性近100%。A new type of catalyst Cu/ZrO2 was prepared from Cu(NO3)2 ,Zr(Cl2O)·3 H2O to dispense solution of n(Zr) ∶n(Cu)=(1-4)∶1 and w(NaOH)=15% as precipitant by co-precipitation method. The catalyst was used in the dehydrogenation of cyclohexnol to synthesize cyclohexanone.The optimized condition for preparing the catalyst[n(Zr)∶n(Cu)=2∶1,the initial C(Zr)=0.2 mol·L-1 ,roasting time = 5 h,roasting temperature = 400 ℃ and the end point of titration pH = 12]was investigated by orthogonal experiment. The yield and selectivity of the reaction were measured in the dehydrogenation process at different pre-treatment condition of catalyst, reaction temperature . The results show that, at the optimized conditions of catalyst preparation and reaction, the yield of cyclohexanone can be reached to 85% and the selectivity is nearly 100%.
