有关外汇储备的定性分析

摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,经济全球化的趋势愈演愈烈,经济飞速发展的同时,我们也要面对这样一个现实,国际经济环境依然动荡不安。在如此的国际大环境之下,各国都为了降低危机的爆发机率,积极调控本国的宏观政策,其中,持有充足的外汇储备就是保障经济金融安全运行的重要手段之一。本文基于外汇储备持有量的热点问题展开讨论。Since entering 21st century, the trend of the economic globalization has grown intensively. While economy is developing at full speed, we should face such a reality: The international economic environment is still in turmoil. Under the international environment and in order to reduce the outburst probability of the crisis, every country is adjusting and controlling the national macroscopic policy actively. Among them, one of the most important means to ensure the safe operation of economy and finance is to hold the sufficient foreign exchange reserve. This text is on the basis of the hot question of holding quantity of the foreign exchange reserve.
