摘　　要：李健吾是20世纪30 -40年代风格独特、卓有成就的文学批评家。在20世纪初西学东渐的时代背景和文学氛围中,众多批评家纷纷抛弃传统批评,转向精心构筑宏伟的理论大厦,李健吾选择的批评方式却较多地因袭了中国传统文学批评的批评范式。LI Jian-wu is a distinctive critic who has much achievement on literary criticisim in the 1930's and 1940's year.In the early of 20 century western theories and iteratures are widely introduced to China. During such time blacckground and principle atmosphere lots of critics successively turn to take pains to structure their principles and discard traditional criticism,while criticism of Li Jian - wu more inherits on way of China ancient literary criticism than others.
