摘 要:本研究采用放射免疫分析和高效液相色谱分析等技术,观察10GyX线头部照射对雄性大鼠神经内分泌系统功能的影响。结果表明,头部照射后第2天,下丘脑L—Enk和M—Enk有不同程度降低,而下丘脑NE和DA明显增高,血清PRL、TSH和GH也有不同程度增高。提示,下丘脑具有较高的敏感性,其神经肽和神经递质所发生的变化,可直接或间接对神经内分泌系统功能产生重要影响。Abstract In the present study, RIA and HPLC were used to observe the influence of head irradiation with 10Gy X-rays on neuroendocrine in the male rats. The results showed that hypothalamic L-Enk and M-Enk contents lowered in different degrees, while hypothalamic NE nd DA contents increased obviously and serum PRL, TSH and GH levels also increased in different degrees 2 days after head irradiation. These results suggest that hypothalamus is comparatively radiosensitive and the changes of its neuropeptides and neurotransmitters may have profound influence on the function of neuroendocrine system by the direction or indirection.
