摘  要:本文采用随机对照的前瞻性研究,用高脂饲料诱导家兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)形成,同时肌注补充微量元素硒(Se)。通过对动脉粥样硬化指数(AI),兔毛及动脉壁硒含量的检测与分析,系统深入地探讨了硒的抗AS作用及其机理。结果表明:1.补硒可从数量上和程度上减少AS的形成(P<0.05);2.兔毛及主动脉壁硒含量与AI呈负相关。这为进一步研究硒与AS的关系,探讨硒防治AS的机理,使之应用于临床提供了有价值的理论基础。Abstract In this random controled prospective study, atherosclerosis index(AI) and the contents of selenium(Se) in rabbit hair and arteries were observed, and the relationships between atherosclerosis(AS) induced by cholesterol diet and the contents of Se were analized. The results implicated:(1) Selemium supplimentations have the effect of decreasing atherosclerotic lesions(P<0.05). (2) Contents of Se in rabbit hair and arteries negatively corrilate with AI. It offered another evidence of the action of Se in AS, furthermore it is of importance in using Se supplimentations as preventive drugs to AS in clinical practice in the near future.
