同步矩形瓣胆肠Y型吻合术215例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　探索同步矩形瓣胆肠Y型吻合疗效。方法　回顾性总结分析1988年6月至2 0 0 4年6月,共实施同步矩形瓣胆肠Y型吻合术2 15例,对其近期及远期疗效进行评价。结果　全组病人均治愈出院,无手术死亡。术后近期观察T型管引流物、T型管造影、钡餐检查,采用不同体位、角度、加压腹部均未见返流征相。远期疗效优良率达92 . 8%。结论　同步矩形瓣胆肠Y型吻合能有效阻止胆肠吻合术后返流、能有效的预防胆道逆行感染,是一种理想术式。Objective To study the terapeutic effect of Synchrono us Choledocho-y-jejunostomy of Rectangle -mucosal-flap. Methods Retrospective analysis was given to 215 cases receiving Synchr o nous Choledocho-y-jejunostomy from June, 1988 to June,2004,and the short and long -term effect were evaluated.Results All patients recov ered,no death caused by the operation,th e physical signs were negative in the sh ort-term;the rate of good recovery in lo ng-term reached 92?8%.Conclusion Synchronous Cho ledocho-y-jejunostomy is a reliable meth od to prevent reflux and infection after cholangiojejunostomy effectively.
