窄谱中波紫外线辐射联合万乃洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察窄谱中波紫外线辐射联合万乃洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法　采用窄谱中波紫外线辐射联合万乃洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹35例,并与单用万乃洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹4 0例做对照,观察两组病人皮损好转时间、水疱结痂时间、疼痛缓解时间、疼痛消失时间、一般情况恢复期和睡眠改善时间。结果　除疼痛消失时间外,其余5个指标治疗组明显优于对照组。结论　窄谱中波紫外线辐射联合万乃洛韦是治疗老年带状疱疹较理想的方法。Objective To observe the curative effect of narrow ba nd ultraviolet-B plus Valaciclovir for g eriatric shingles.Methods The patients were devided into two groups:35 cases in the treated group received the treatment of narrow band ultraviolet-B plus Valaciclo vir,40 cases in the control group receiv ed the treatment only with Valaciclovir. Observation was given to the time for te tter recovery,blain scrab,pain relief,pa in disappearing,and to the time for the improvement of general condition and for the improvement of sleep.Results After treatment,fi ve parameters except the time for pain d isappearing in the treated group were su perior to those in the control group.Conclusions The treatment of narrow band ultraviolet-B plus Valaci clovir is effective for geriatric shingl es.
