静脉血与末梢血血细胞检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨静脉血与末梢血细胞检测结果的差异性,为临床提供更准确的检验结果。方法　对14 0例健康成人与12 0例患者采用同时检测末梢血和静脉血细胞,对结果进行比较分析。结果　静脉血与末梢血检测血细胞存在明显差异。结论　血细胞检测标本的采集不当会给结果带来较大误差。因此在临床对于血细胞的分析要求采集静脉血,才能保证血液分析结果的准确性。Objective To discuss the difference in detection resu lts by detecting the blood cells in veno us blood and peripheral blood so as to p rovide more accurate detection results f or clinic work.Methods Blood cells of ven ous blood and peripheral blood from 140 healthy adults and 120 patients were col lected and detected;the results were com pared and analyzed.Results There existed a si gnificant difference between the detecti on of the blood cells in venous blood an d that in peripheral blood.Conclusions Improper colle ction of blood samples would lead to big errors in the results of blood cell det ection;venous blood should be collected for blood cell analysis to guarantee the veracity of the results.
