摘  要:目的从小刺猴头菌子实体中提出水溶性粗多糖(HP),从粗多糖中分离出均一多糖并研究其单糖组成。方法DEAE-SepharoseCL-6B及SephadexG-100柱色谱进一步纯化得HPⅠ,柱色谱,醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳等方法检验纯度,GC和PC测其单糖组成。结果HPⅠ为均一多糖,相对分子质量约为65000,单糖组成为:Fuc,Glc,Gal,摩尔比依次为0.423:1:2.110。结论HPⅠ为中性杂多糖,首次从小刺猴头菌子实体中提取获得。OBJECTIVE To isolate homogeneous polysaccharide HP I from HP(a water-solube crude polysacchande from the fruiting body of Hericium caput-medusae) and study the composition of HP I . METHODS HP I was purified by chromatography on DEAE-sepharose(CL-6B) column and sephadex G-100 column. The homogeneity of HP I was proved by column chromatography and film electrophore-sis of cellulose acetate. The composition was studied by GC and PC. RESULTS HP I was homogeneous, and its molecular weight was about 65 000. HP I was composed of fucose, glucose and galactose with the molar ratio of 0.423 : 1: 2.110. CONCLUSION HP I was a neutral heterosaccharide. It was obtained for the first time from the fruiting body of Hericium Caput-medusae.
