摘　　要：分析了一些开源WebGIS软件的实现方式,并按目前中小城市地图发布的实际需求,提出了一种利用开源软件来搭建中小城市WebGIS的系统解决方案。该方案采用开放式的多层架构,遵从OGC的WMS实现规范,使用了新颖的客户端地图页面标签定制技术,极大地提高了系统的互操作性、可扩展性和可定制性,同时也提高了中小城市数字化、网络化的效率,并且对一些基于地图的企业级网络应用也具有一定的借鉴意义。This paper references nowadays popular web system architecture and analyzes some open source WebGIS softwares' implementation, then puts forward a solution designed for the WebGIS construction of middle-sized cities according to the practical need of city mapping and deployment. Based on an open n-tiered architecture, this solution complies with OGC WMS implementation specification and utilizes a novel technology of HTML tags customization of client mapping page, which can make WebGIS system more interoperable, scalable and customizable. This solution will improve the process of the construction of cyber city, as well as be used for reference by some map-based enterprise level web applications.
