摘　　要：以电传操纵作为显著特征的第三代飞机飞行试验具有极大的挑战性和风险性。从电传飞机飞行试验所必需的飞行试验技术出发,研究和探讨了变稳飞机(空中飞行模拟器)对电传飞机飞行试验的重要性和特殊作用;概括和总结了中国飞行试验研究院利用变稳飞机在电传飞机飞行试验中所完成的研究工作及其重要意义;针对电传操纵,重点描述了对PIO的飞行试验研究以及试飞员培训等。As the 3rd generation fighter, primarily characterized by fly-by-wire, FBW aircraft's flight testing owns great challenges and risks. Based on the indispensable flight technologies,　this article made a deep research and studies on the important roles and uses of variable stability aircraft(in-flight simulation) in the FBW flight test. It describes and summarizes some important research work of the variable stability aircraft in the FBW flight test, primarily expatiating on the flight tests of PIO, HAOA, ASE and test pilot training.
