高渗盐水对内镜鼻窦术后康复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究高渗盐水局部冲洗对内镜鼻窦术后康复的可行性。方法将180例慢性鼻窦炎Ⅱ型2期患者随机分为2组,分别在内镜鼻窦术后采用生理盐水加口服泼尼松片及3%无菌盐水冲洗术腔。结果高渗盐水组的总有效率及治愈率分别达93.3%,62.2%,其疗效优于生理盐水加口服泼尼松片组(P<0.05)。结论内镜鼻窦术后采用高渗盐水冲洗鼻腔是一种有效的、经济的、可行的选择,可提高内镜鼻窦手术的疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of hypertonic saline local irrigation on postoperative recovey of endoscopic sinusitis surgery(ESS). Methods There were 180 patients with chronic sinusitis at type Ⅱ and stage 2 who were randomly divided into 2 groups:one was given local irrigating with hypertonic saline, while the other with normal saline(NS)plus oral prednisone. Results The recovery and total effective rates were 93.3% and 62.2% for group of hypertonic saline, and significantly higher than those of NS plus oral prednisone group(P<0.05). Conclusion The ESS combined with hypertonic saline irrigating following sinus surgery is very effective against chronic sinusitis with significantly elevated therapeuitic effects for ESS.
