摘 要:研究了以煤为载体、用液相交换吸附法制备煤基载银抗菌剂的实验工艺,探讨了处理温度、处理时间、处理剂浓度等因素对抗菌性离子含量的影响,并找出最佳反应条件为:温度50℃~60℃,时间1h,硝酸银溶液质量浓度0.2mol/L~0.5mol/L。测试了煤基载银抗菌剂的耐洗涤性,同时使用能量色散谱对煤中各元素做了定量、定性分析,探讨了抗菌剂的主要性能和特点,预测了其适用范围。An experimental process to produce Ag-carried antibacterial agent with the exchange-adsorption method and using coal as the carrier is introduced. The effect of treatment condition, such as temperature, concentration and stirring-time on antibacterial-ion content in antibacterial coal has been studied and the best condition obtained. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were as follows: temperature: 50~60℃; residence time: 1h and mass concentration of AgNO3 solution : 0.2~0.5mol/L. The resistance-wash-effect of Ag-carried antibacterial agent has also been studied. Besides, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis have been done through EDS. Major properties and features of the antibacterial agent were also discussed.
