摘　　要：简述了国产滚筒式大颗粒尿素装置的工艺流程及原理,分析了生产中存在的问题,通过对工艺操作和设备的改进,生产连运时间由10多天提高到2个多月,解决了造粒塔负荷重的问题。The process and philosophy of the domestic rotary-drum type granular urea plant is introduced and the existing operational problems analyzed. The continuous operation of the plant has been extended through the improvement in process and equipment, and the excessive workload of the prilling tower has been overcome.
