摘 要:应用细胞培养技术,探讨了大脑神经细胞接触硝普钠((SNP)一氧化氮的供给者)的剂量、时间与神经毒作用的关系,结果显示,接触时间为5min时,随SNP浓度的增高,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)净增加率呈良好的二次回归;而在一定浓度下,随着接触时间的延长,LDH净增加率呈良好的线性回归。这些结果表明,一氧化氮(NO)可产生剂量时间依赖的神经细胞损伤。Abstract We studied the relationship between the neurotoxicity effect and dose, time of sodium nitroprusside(SNP), which spontaneously releases nitric oxide(NO), what cerebral neuronal cells were exposed to. The results showed that SNP concentration being increased, lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) net increased rate is curvilineal regression, when cells were exposed to SNP for 5 min, and in the certain concentration,time of exposure to SNP being prolonged. LDH net increased rate is linear regression. These results suggested that NO can produce dose-time dependent cell death.
