摘　　要：文章针对中小型图书馆招生规模扩大、读者人数剧增情况,对如何挖掘图书馆现有文献资源潜力,提高图书流通率和文献资料的利用率,提出了自己的看法。s:Based on the enlargement of scale of recruiting students, and the number of readers increasingly in libraries of middle and small types, this writer put forward her own opinion about how to dig up the potential of existing documentary resources of libraries and improve current rate of books and utilization ratio of documentary materials.
